We have been staying at Penney Cottage in the village of Heytesbury in Wiltshire since Sunday night. It has been a delightful place to stay. Penney Cottage has a living room, dining room, and kitchen with a laundry on the first floor, and four bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. We feel like we have so much space, and we are actually spending less per night than we were in Boston at a motel, or in London in a small cramped room by the airport. The village of Heytesbury is in the country, is surrounding by beautiful farms and countryside, and is nice and quiet. We met our neighbors, Peter and Cathy Firth, who live next door. They invited us in for a chat and were really nice and friendly to us. I could stay a whole month in a place like this. And there is no shortage of things to see and do.
